Crypto-staking platform MyCointainer today announced the closing of its $6 million seed funding round. Co-leading the seed round are Mapleblock, Shima Capital and popular cryptocurrency exchange Bybit.
In addition, numerous angel investors including CoinList, Circle and Polygon participated in the round. ConsenSys, Near, 1inch, Algorand, Polkadot, dY/dX, Casper Labs, Mina, Ankr, and Enjin also participated. Their support enhances the potential of MyCointainer and creates partnerships for future projects.
The company will use the funds to develop its earnings platform. MyCointainer will seek to improve its current B2B product suite and expand its presence in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Finally, MyCointainer will expand its team (currently more than 40 employees) by recruiting across different business units.
