Umbrella network, one Two-tier oracle solution, Today announced the establishment of a partnership with IX Swap, a platform that provides automated market making and liquidity pools for securities tokens and tokenized stocks.
According to the partnership, Umbrella Network’s decentralized oracle will provide real-world asset data for IX Swap’s liquidity pool and AMM. This may include stock prices, S&P 500 index, option data, etc.
In addition, Umbrella Network and IX Swap will work to develop custom data feeds for private asset data. This data feed will be used in traditional and encrypted financial ecosystems.
“We at Umbrella Network are very excited about our cooperation with IXSwap because we look forward to developing the world’s first private asset pricing source. This will be an important step in combining CeFi and DeFi, as we provide dynamic and real-time data for IX Swap Price feed, making it a global liquidity solution for all STO exchanges.”
– Sam Kim, founding partner of Umbrella Network
Every data point on the Umbrella network is marked with a proof of consensus, which ensures the reliability of the data even after the data is retrieved through dApp and other such innovative DeFi solutions (such as IX Swap).
Umbrella Network’s oracles easily add new data points (in this case, unique data points) through its Merkle tree architecture, which batches large amounts of data before submitting to the blockchain.
“We are very happy to integrate Umbrella’s scalable oracle into IXSwap’s complex liquidity pool and securities token automated market maker suite. Since 2017, I have been focusing on STO and believe it is the largest in the world today One of the opportunities. I’m very happy to be able to work with Umbrella’s innovative and scalable oracle solutions to support some of our new initiatives in the blockchain field.”
– Julian Kwan, founding partner of IX Swap
Private asset data
The two platforms will also jointly develop private asset data sources for non-publicly traded assets, including pricing data on non-listed company equity models, paid-in capital, and annual general meeting notes.
This data source is intended to be useful for things such as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, because at present, it is difficult to obtain and verify authoritative data on unlisted companies.
Security tokens and tokenized stocks of private assets are considered to be illiquid, not because of insufficient demand, but because of a lack of reliable data on capital, compliance, and other factors. Umbrella Network intends to solve this problem by providing real-time price private data feeds for IX Swap.
